Naproxen is generally used in treatment of pain relief. It relieves pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, gout, muscle pain and painful periods.

Domperidone is a prokinetic. It acts to get the content of the stomach empty faster. The condition is improved by increasing the movement of the intestines, allowing the food to move easier within the stomach.
