Neomycin Topical is generally used in treatment of the treatment of bacterial skin infections.
Betamethasone Topical is generally used in treatment of the treatment of allergy symptoms.

How it works

Clotrimazole TOPICAL is a drug thats antifungal. It makes the condition better by destroying the fungal cell membrane resulting in the fungi to die.
Neomycin Topical is an antibiotic which treats the infection by killing bacteria. It kills the bacteria by preventing the supply of proteins that are essential for the bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Betamethasone Topical is a steroid. It blocks the production of some chemical messengers that cause inflammation, redness, swlling & other allergies in the body thereby improving the condition.
Q. Is clotrimazole a steroid?
Clotrimazole is an imidazole antifungal medication and not a steroid.

Q. Does neomycin expire?

No. Betnesol (i.e. betamethasone) cannot be used in retention edema. On the contrary, it causes the fluid and salt retention thereby adding to the edema problem
