There is however little chance of interaction between Hydrocortisone for local application and other drugs which are taken orally. Always follow the advice of the doctor regarding use of Hydrocortisone ointment/cream and other medications.

- Allantoin should not be used for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist contact your doctor immediately.Avoid contact with eyes and other mucous membrane.Stop taking Allantoin if you develop severe allergic reactions.Do not apply this medication on deep wounds or cuts or any infection on the skin.Do not apply Allantoin topical if it worsens any existing acne problems.

Notify your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as a fever or sore throat.Side effects such as mood changes or stomach problems can happen when you start taking Hydrocortisone.
