Nimodipine is generally used in treatment of the treatment of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

How to use
Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Nimodipine, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Nimodipine is advised to be taken at a fixed time, but may be taken together with food (or) without food.
How it works
Nimodipine is a calcium channel blocker. It blocks the action of calcium on the blood vessel of the brain. This prevents changes in brain function after bleeding around the brain (subarachnoid hemorrhage).
