Description
Azel 40 mg Capsule is used in the treatment of cancer of the prostate gland. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor.
Azel 40 mg Capsule should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time every day. It works by blocking the effects of male hormones such as testosterone. It often causes nausea and vomiting. However, it is important that you continue to receive the medicine, even if you begin to feel ill. Do not stop taking this medicine without first checking with your doctor. If you are diabetic, monitor your blood glucose regularly while taking this medicine.
Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with kidney, liver and heart function during treatment with this medicine.Azel 40 mg Capsule may have an effect on male fertility, discuss with your before taking this medicine.The duration of the treatment with this medicine is decided by your doctor depending upon your disease.
