Indapamide is a diuretic like thiazide , a water pill.It is not a beta blocker, calcium channel blocker, loop diuretic, angiotensin that converts enzyme inhibitor, statins or blood thinner.

Q. Is Indapamide a sulfa drug, contains sulfa?
Indapamide is not advisable to take by the patients who are allergic to sulfa/sulphonamide since Indapamide is a sulfa drug that contains sulfa (sulphonamide).

Q. Is Indapamide potassium sparing?
Indapamide lowers the potassium level in the body as it, not a potassium-sparing.

Q. Can I take paracetamol, ibuprofen with Indapamide?
Ibuprofen may reduce the blood pressure lowering effect of Indapamide. Paracetamol can be taken with Indapamide. Always consult your doctor before use

Q. Does Indapamide cause weight gain, weight loss, low potassium, hair loss, diabetes, raise blood glucose, gout or erectile dysfunction?
Intake of Indapamide may induce weight loss, low potassium level, diabetes, raise blood glucose, gout or erectile dysfunction but does not cause weight gain and hair loss.

Perindopril can be taken with paracetamol and allopurinol only if prescribed by your doctor. Perindopril should not be taken with ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, or Viagra (sildenafil)

No, Perindopril does not cause thinning of blood; it relaxes the blood vessels thereby decreasing the blood pressure

Perindopril may cause cough, angiodema, depression, tiredness or weakness, constipation or slow heart rate. It is not known to cause weight gain, hair loss, or erectile dysfunction. If you experience any such symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• You have been prescribed Perindopril to improve blood pressure.Lowering blood pressure reduces the chance of future heart attack & strokes.It may also be used to treat chronic (long-standing) heart failure.It protects kidney function, which is especially useful for people with diabetes or mild-to-moderate kidney diseases.Perindopril can make you feel dizzy for the first few days.  Take it preferably at bedtime and rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.Let your doctor know about any dizziness, cough, or throat irritation that doesn't go away.Perindopril may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli.Do not take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Perindopril.
