Imipenem is generally used in treatment of severe bacterial infections. It is generally used in treatment of infections of various body parts like skin and soft tissues, urinary tract, blood, brain and lungs (pneumonia).
Cilastatin is generally used in treatment of the treatment of severe bacterial infections.
