Uses

Chlorthalidone is generally used in treatment of high blood pressure and oedema Used in treatement of oedema (fluid overload) associated with heart, liver, kidney or lung disease.
Atenolol is generally used in treatment of the treatment of high blood pressure.

How to use

How it works

Chlorthalidone is a diuretic drug. It helps lower blood pressure and swelling by eliminiating the excessive electrolytes and water from the body. It also helps in relaxing the blood vessles, thus improving the blood flow.
Atenolol is a beta blocker that acts on the heart. It slows down the heart rate to make the heart pump the blood more efficiently around the body and works to make the condition better.
