How to use
Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Lactobacillus, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Lactobacillus is to be taken with food.Preferably to be taken just before food.

Doxycycline is to be taken empty stomach.Take this medicine one hour before food or two hours after food, with a full glass of water. You can take this medicine with food if it upsets your stomach.Avoid Doxycycline with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.

Expert Advice
- Avoid taking Lactobacillus along with steroids (medications that weaken the immune system) as they might increase the chances of getting sick.Notify your doctor if you are pregnant.Notify your doctor if you are breast-feeding.Take Lactobacillus at least 2 hours before or after antibiotics. This is because taking Lactobacillus along with the antibiotics can reduce their effectiveness.Â
- Your doctor has prescribed Doxycycline to cure your infection and improve symptoms.Take it with food and plenty of water to avoid stomach upset. Take it while you are sitting or standing, to prevent any throat irritation and do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking Doxycycline.Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.Do not take antacids or medicines containing zinc or iron at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after taking Doxycycline.Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.It can increase your chances of getting sunburned or a skin rash. Wear sunscreen and protective clothing when outdoors.Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
