How to use
Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Bosentan, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Bosentan is advised to be taken at a fixed time, but may be taken together with food (or) without food.
How it works
Bosentan is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Bosentan helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
