You have been prescribed Tadalafil IP for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But, you can take it anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.Don't take it more than once a day.Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.Do not use Tadalafil IP if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).Do not take it if you've had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.Your doctor has prescribed Tadalafil IP to treat high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs (the pulmonary arteries).It can help improve your quality of life and exercise ability.Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Tadalafil IP affects you.Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart diseases.Do not consume alcohol while taking Tadalafil IP as that may increase the blood pressure-lowering effects of Tadalafil IP.Stop taking Tadalafil IP and immediately inform your doctor if you notice changes in your vision or hearing.
