Uses

Bromfenac is generally used in treatment of the treatment of eye pain. It is generally used in prevention of and treat inflammation and associated symptoms following eye surgery.
Moxifloxacin is generally used in treatment of the treatment of bacterial infections. It is also used in infections of urinary tract, tonsils, sinus, nose, throat, female genital organ, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).

How to use

Bromfenac is meant for external use only.Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. For directions before use, please check the label. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.

  • Your doctor has prescribed Bromfenac for the relief of post-operative eye pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the drop.Usually a 4 to 6-week course may be necessary.Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins.Notify your doctor if it persists for longer.Notify your doctor if you are on blood thinners or have bleeding problems.Use the eye drops within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
  • Your doctor has prescribed Moxifloxacin to cure your infection and improve symptoms.Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.Discontinue Moxifloxacin and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete.
