Uses

Gefitinib is generally used in treatment of the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. It is generally used in treatment of patients in which it has spread to other parts of the body, who have abnormal epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) genes, and who have not had previous treatment for cancer.

How to use

Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Gefitinib, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Gefitinib is advised to be taken at a fixed time, but may be taken together with food (or) without food.
