Uses

Galantamine is generally used in treatment of Alzheimer's disease and dementia in Parkinson's disease

How to use

How it works

Memory loss in Alzheimer’s disease occurs due to disturbances of signal transmission in the brain. Galantamine is a cholinesterase inhibitor. It makes the condition better by increasing the levels of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) involved in transmmissi. This improves memory and thinking.
