How to use
Rotacaps must not be swallowed. For directions before use, please check the label. Place the capsule at the base of rotahaler, not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece completely until your hear a click and breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If some powder remains in the rotahaler repeat the process.

Etofylline / Etophylline is a bronchodilator. Bronchodilators dilate the bronchi and bronchioles and makes breathing easier by widening & relaxing the muscles of the airways.
Salbutamol / Albuterol is a bronchodilator. It relaxes the muscles in the airways & respiratory tract to make the condition better. This helps in making the breathing easier.
Bromhexine is a mucolytic drug. It thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) in the nose, windpipe and lungs making it easier to cough out.

- You have been prescribed Etofylline / Etophylline for prevention and treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).It should be taken at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food.It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.Your doctor may take regular blood test to monitor potassium level and the level of this medicine in your body.Notify your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney, liver or heart disease, or if have a smoking history. Your dose may need to be adjusted.Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
- Use salbutamol inhalation exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
