Rifampicin is generally used in treatment of leprosy and tuberculosis
Isoniazid is generally used in treatment of the treatment of tuberculosis. It is typically also used treat inactive (latent) TB .
Ethambutol is generally used in treatment of the treatment of tuberculosis.
Pyrazinamide is generally used in treatment of the treatment of tuberculosis.

How it works

Rifampicin is an antibiotic. It makes the condition better by deactivating RNA-polymerase(a bacterial enzyme) that's necessary for the bacteria to reproduce and carry out vital-functions.
Isoniazid is an antibiotic. It kills the tuberculosis causing bacteria to make the condition better.
Ethambutol is an antibiotic. It slows the growth of tuberculosis causing bacteria and works to make the condition better.
Pyrazinamide is an antibiotic. It slows the growth of tuberculosis causing bacteria and works to make the condition better.

Isoniazid has no known interaction with normally used oral contraceptives (birth management pills). However, multidrug treatment for T.B. contains active drug rifampin that decreases the effectiveness of oral contraceptives and hampers contraception.

Ethambutol is said to cause Optic neuritis(inflammation of nerve fibers that transmit visual information from your eye to the brain) as one of the side effects. However, this condition can be cured with the discontinuation of Ethambutol. If you notice symptoms of decreased vision, disturbed vision due to blind spots, visual field defect, eye pain and loss of vision you should immediately inform your doctor.
