Acenocoumarol / Nicoumalone is generally used in treatment for prevention of blood clots. It is generally used in prevention of and treat blood clots forming in the legs, lungs, brain or heart.

How to use
Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Acenocoumarol / Nicoumalone, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Acenocoumarol / Nicoumalone is advised to be taken at a fixed time, but may be taken together with food (or) without food.
How it works
Acenocoumarol / Nicoumalone is an oral anticoagulant. It acts by preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. Although it does not dissolve the existing blood clots, it inhibits them from growing larger and causing serious problems.
